Carl, If you plan to pour a concrete foundation, and run wire underground from a power source, be sure to use some kind of conduit when coming in through the concrete to protect the simple plastic insulated wire. If you run the bare wire through the concrete, it will eat through the insulation and cause a short. The electricians that wired my well house failed to use conduit, and I was without water for a full 24 hours due to this problem. Troy Johnson 78 Spitfire |
