Hi Hans:
Sounds like you have a clutch problem, not a transmission problem. The
difficulty in engaging gears when standing, especially reverse, is usually
the result of a dragging clutch. This could suggest worn shifter fork,
warped clutch disc, tired hydraulics or air in the system. A bad tranny
shows up in shifting problems when moving or noises under load.
