      An Anarak is a person who thinks he or she is an authority on a 
specific subject.They are generally boring sad people who talk a lot on a 
given subject but don't actually do anything.There are plenty of examples 
in our area of interest,you must know some,have all the answers but ask 
them to get their hands dirty and actually do something,forget it.
