After several years of reading British Magazines like Practical Classic and Classic & Sports car, I am now only puzzled by one word: Anorak. Now, I know it's a garment of some sort, a coat I presume, but it's the cultural context I'm missing here. Would one of our friends across the pond please fill me in on what the stereotype is about people who wear Anoraks, and why? Thanks!
