TR6 steering column donut

1 more thing about the rubber joint in TR6 steering columns - it's set up 
so that even if all the rubber goes it can't let go completely. (the 
metal in the joint wouldn't allow it). But the steering will of course 
get floppier the worse it cracks.

I'm pretty sure anyway.
