I feel this response was uncalled for, at least in the manner in which
your have phrased it. I don't remember the post from Charlie Brown
indicating that he was suffering from 'petty hurt feelings", nor that he
has some exaggerated 'strict code of proper acknowledgement" which he
applies to others.
Why vent your anger at someone who was simply stating what he
believes to be an important component of list netiquette, from his
perspective?
The majority of posts I've seen in regard to his initial message tended to
agree with his sentiments, and perhaps it's necessary for list members to
raise these issues once in a while.
