Aieee, brake flares

I have now got the flaring tool and the double flaring adaptor.  I cannot 
figure out how to make a double (bubble?) flare.  Usually the hose ends 
up going crooked, and then I can't get the double-flare out.

I don't want to break (another) doubler!  aCk!
