VTR National Concours

Help, I'm slightly confused. Getting my TR7 ready for the Nationals next 
month and planned to enter concours. My car has header/Monza exhaust, and 
Weber DGV's. Can I enter Concours and take my lumps on these, or do they 
count as two major changes and eliminate me from the TR7 class?

Should I make an effort to put original Strombergs back on? Exhaust is 
too much to change. My car is very stock and complete otherwise.
