Permanently Affixed Wire Wheels

TR Folks-

Thanks for the help with my knocking problem.  New rod bearings it is....
My next dilemma is how to get the wire wheels off my Spitfire.  They have not 
been removed from the car in some years.  I have octagon knock-offs, which are 
fine, but they refuse to knock off.  Where can I get the best tool for removing 
these?
