Windscreen washer pump parts?

(this is a repeat message, as the original appears to have flow off into
the ether without a trace.  My apologies if it's a duplicate)

Question:  Is the little rubber impeller inside the windscreen washer pump
(TR6) available separately?  Mine has disintegrated, but the rest of the
pump and the very robust-looking motor appear to be going strong.  If no
spare is available, has anyone had any luck fabricating one, say, from
Lego(R) car wheels or plumbing washers?
