Florida antique car tags

Does anyone on the list know if there is any advantage to getting the FL
antique tags and what the criteria are?

Alabama had the best deal going with their old vintage tag.  It was a one
time fee and supposedly good for life for 25 year old cars but it was
soon clear that daily use beaters far outnumbered the collector cars. 
Now they have bumped it back to 30 years old and there is now an annual
fee, plust there are some use restrictions.
