Wiring harnesses cheap?

I've seen several posts about wiring harnesses for GT6's and Spit's for
around $150.  Last time I looked they were closer to $300.  Where are you
finding these at $150?  For that price I might consider just buying one for
the 'project' but at $300, well, I can buy an awful lot of wire and
electrical tape for that amount ! ! !
