'Scuse me, Ross, did I say `cheap'?   I meant to say `cost-effective'.

It sounds like you got a good exhaust system for your money; that should
help any LBC driver maintain his/her positive outlook in the face of
adversity, which is much harder to do when that driver is suffering a
serious cash hemorrhage with little to show for it.

Getting back to Ed's original question, I'd say that if a Cost-Effective
glass-pack exhaust will keep him legal and keep him on the road so that
he can do further refinements & trouble-shooting while still having the
car to drive, and not tie up too much cash in the process, then that's
probably a good way to go, for now.  At least it buys him some time.

..and remember how cost-effective this advice from us is !
