Maintenance Software-non LBC

Hello all,

I'm working with non profit organization which operates a fleet of cars. Does
anyone know of some computer software which is designed to keep maintenance
records on cars, highlighting or reminding one when certain maintenance
operations are due? We could force fit a  spreadsheet to do this but it wouldn't
be nearly as user friendly.
