TRF continues to get my business for one reason: They use
original part numbers, and if what you get is a supercession
to another compatible OEM part, they tell you. If it's
an inexact repro, they tell you that, too, making a clear
distinction between the two types of substitution.
No other vendor does this. Ever ordered an electrical
component from Victoria British? Have you patched the
window you threw it through when you got it?
As for the Coventry Inn, the Motoring Society and all that,
you're right, of course. He should be spending his money
on a villa on the Italian Riviera for himself. And maybe
a private plane. How dare he spend his money on the British
car hobby! I share your outrage.
