Brian, these latches you describe are unique to the Spitfire 4 ("Mk.1") 
body, and nothing else will fit unless you decide to change the doors and 
modify/change the "B" post as well. I'm told that they are not quite the 
same as the similar looking latches on T series MGs, etc. 

I do have a factory spares manual that shows these parts about as well as 
any factory illustration. I'm not aware of anyone selling these bits new.
