A digest for triumphs mail is now available.  This is just the day's collection
of triumphs mail bundled into one message, sent in the wee hours.  If you would
prefer that format, then send mail to majordomo@autox.team.net with the lines

   unsubscribe triumphs
   subscribe triumphs-digest

as the content of the email.
