Thanks for all the responses. Judging from the responses, and as I think more about it, I've sort of figured it must be a blown head gasket. This has been getting ready to happen for a while, now that I think of it. For example: 1. The car has been overheating lately - in fact, it has been doing that since we got back from Rockford. 2. The oil has been a bit foamy. 3. I want it to be the head gasket since that is easy to fix. I'm still going to drive it home, and I'll pull the head tonight. Thanks again for all the suggestions!
