Swing-up Luggage Rack

Following the luggage rack discussion I noted several people suggested 
that they liked the Swing-up type better than the ones which bolt to 
the deck lid.  

I assume that this is the one which fits into the hinge pins of the 
rear deck lid hinges.  

Who carries this type ?  TRF doesn't have them anymore.
