Phil, great to have another 'Heralder' on the list! Welcome.

I have noticed a recent increase in Herald influence on the list, and
see it as a sign that a 'touch of class' has settled in. ;)

I do not have any claim to being a Herald expert, though I have had
"HARKTHE" Herald (a 1961 Herald Convertible) for about 10 years.

In the beginning was the car, and the car did run. (though emitting a
veritable cloud of smoke)
Then began the restoration (well, dissassembly.)
Thus was HARKTHE's first few months.
That was 10 years and 6 relocations ago.
Now it is time for the next step...

I am thankful that we have some Herald experts on both sides of the
pond, as I am certain to encounter a few problems with re-assembly
this summer. My completion goal has moved up to summer of 2000 (was
2005).
