Paint code 58 is Midnight Blue =E2=80=93 Ditzler # 12633
=20
The problem is that these old paint codes do not correspond or translate =
well into the new paint codes of today.
1st you need to see about getting the color match paint code you want =
for your car.
If someone here has the current paint code for #58, pass it along.
=20
Any Automotive paint shop should be able to mix the paint in single =
stage or base coat/ clear coat.
Single stage or BC/CC will most likely be determined by the =
painter=E2=80=99s preference.
=20
Water base paints are sold to Professional Spray Paint Shops only as far =
as I know. I have asked about water base paints and they would not sell =
them to me.
You really need a paint booth with correct equipment to spray, dry and =
cure water base paint.
