I had the recent experience of visiting Speedy Bills motorsports museum
in Lincoln, NE this past week or so. One of the motors I spotted was one
that had made a hot rod issue way back in time. It was the small block
ford with the attached overhead cam pieces, one cam for each head. I
know one of ya knows which motor I am talking about, but the issue is
what kind of power did it make? That looks just plain cool. I wonder
how hard it would be to make something similar. I wonder if any of the
current v8 motors (ie lexus as example) have dimensions that might allow
the use on a small block with some work.
