An article in a local newspaper quoted the dealer as  saying that he had to 
drain the oil from the engine, add some chemical (can't  remember what) and 
then run the engine until it burned itself up! I guess it was  okay to sell 
body parts from the vehicle...although I've heard conflicting  stories on 
that aspect.  Some say they have to go to the  crusher.
