The guy rebuilding the engine showed it to me and it had nylon teeth: some
broken off but nylon teeth
Remember, our 260s were built in Canada in an industrial engine plant and
what shows for US passenger car production doesn't necessarily work for ours.
For instance, my 260 has three freeze plugs per side: that mean according to
the data books I have that it is a 289 block bored to 260. Passenger car 260s
had two freeze plugs.
