Flywheel dust cover

Listers,

Now have the 260 all lined up with the Toploader. I am, however, stuck on the
flywheel backing plate. My parts list shows Part # C40Z-7007-A. It is not
depicted in the diagrams so I am not entirely sure what it is supposed to look
like.

Is this a readily obtainable piece? Any clues appreciated.
