Tach Install 65 Tiger

I have had my tach out getting it repaired and alas my memory fails me as to 
where the white looped wire / plastic holder connects. There is sleeve 
fitting for the green wire on the right side and what appears to be a 
calibration thumbscrew on left side. Do not see where white looped wire 
fits.
