Guess I should chime in also.
I have a 5.0 block 331 stroker with very tight tolerances in my Tiger and
even with several spirited adventures, consumes (or looses) no oil greater than
what may be normally expected from an off the shelf 5.0. The 331 stroker
combination claims to have the best oil control over all other greater stroker
combos due to decreased piston ring/wrist pin encroachment. This engine is
detuned
to 330 rwhp and 350 rwt...adequate for a 2600 lb Tiger!
