Don't connect anything without knowing where it goes.  It'll
let the smoke out of the wiring the makes electricity work.

The CAT wiring diagram show those wires being used with
the turn signal switch that has the extra position to flash
the high beams like they do in Europe.  My guess would
be that's where the wires would go if you had such a
turn signal switch.
