On the subject of motor mounts, beware of mounts made in Taiwan or China.
Some of them won't fit properly. They redesigned the plates so that they could
use less rubber. With one set I had, the rubber height varied by 1/2", which
would have hiked one side of the engine.
The mounts for the tiger were used on 260 Mustangs. By shopping around I was
able to find some mounts made in the USA that fit right in. Take your old
mounts to compare. You will see that the USA mount has more off set in the
plate
with the two holes that mounts to the engine to accommodate the thicker
rubber. They will have a thicker gauge steel in the plates.
