I have a space saver spare in my Tiger from this era Mustang. It is a
15" rim, and works for me as I have 15" tires. The tire is very narrow,
and if laid flat on the floor, the wood on the false floor would not
touch the spare.

There are two versions. The steel and the alum, which is hard to find.
The alum version is used by drag racers for the front of their cars,
lightweight, and narrow.
