That's good to know. I'll get out my extinguishers and find some one to 
refill them (but the availability creates a suppliers windfall till 
inventories are gone). Both were used, one saved a life and the other a '65 
Ford pick-up (not mine, a strangers). A prohobition on the manufacturing of 
Halon is a ban, which agrees with my original statement.
