After reviewing all of the history of the rotary designed aircraft
engine, I have reached a modest proposal.
The inventor of that design should be posthumously awarded the Nobel
Peace Prize for stopping W.W. I more quickly by killing pilots making
war, irrespective of side. Second place to the inventor of the Slobovian
double knuckle automatic pistol, which had no fixed direction that the
bullet exited. Ended the most aggressive the quickest.
All this is thoroughly documented, and should be considered.
