"Birmbaum" (Sorry, first name not given),
I agree that the Edelbrock Carburetor is more stable. Tuning it requires
'springs
and needles", but they are available, if different form "jests, orifices and
power
valves". The only problem with the Edlebrock is in racing or Auto-X, as the
side
mounted float bowl will starve the engine in long turns, as will the side
mounted
Holleys. But the Holley has enter pivot bowl carbs and kits available.
BTW:
The Float level on the Holley is NOT adjusted by holding the nut and turning the
screw, it is adjusted by holding the screw still, and adjusting the nut!.
