I have been in the restoration business for many years. My colleges and I 
call this a "ground up restoration."

p.s.  Some people seem to forget that a true restoration also means that all 
components such as windshield wiper motors, electric fuel pumps, steering 
racks, the hydraulic system, blower motors are either replaced, rebuilt or 
refurbished, not just cleaned and spraycanned flat black.
