There is a S. Calif. Tiger owner who has been prominent in CAT, but who 
shall remain nameless here for obvious reasons. The story, as related to 
me, occurred about twenty years ago. At that time he drove a train for 
Union Pacific. One day he parked the train somewhere out in the California 
desert to take his lunch in his favorite diner. When he went back to his 
train - it was gone! Forgot to set the 
emergency/hand/parking/whatevertheycallitonatrain brake. Perhaps he later 
drove a UPS truck, I'm not sure. ;-)
