It runs for 2 secs so it's not ignition
Pull a plug, put a screwdriver in there and note when it's TDC,
confirm valves are not rocking, see if other marks line up
Swap carbs from a know good one, not just parts.
Place a crucifix on the dash and for good measure some salt in a
circle surrounding the car.
