Pull #1 plug, turn motor over by hand, you should have compression evident by air rushing out of the plug hole when dizzy rotor is about to point to #1. If you install the cam 180* out, won't it still work because it rotates 180* for every 360* of crank rotation? You'd just have to re-do the plug wires, right?
