The best place I have seen the mirrors is on the triangle at the bottom front
corner of the wind wing and door seam. The wind wing still operates and you can
see them fine.
The drivers mirror on the wing works great. The one on the opposite side is
hard to see so does not work well for me. I have heard others say they had the
same problem with the same wing mirror too. But Jim is correct. They were
considered cool and the car dealers put them on for a few extra $$$
NH - Mirror Law
I went to the DMV site and could not find one. Can you tell me the code
number.
Thanks,

Mark,
Many years ago (1960s) I belonged to a group in England that rallied several
cars. One was midget that I never drove, but all of our cars used bullet
mirrors mounted about half way down the front wings and on the top of them.
That's where you get optimal vision. They looked kinda cool back then....
As to legality, tell them the car came stock that way. I'll bet there isn't
a soul at the inspection station or a single cop who is old enough to know
better....
Cheers!!
