This reminds me of when I took the 65 Midget in for it's first inspection,
YEARS AGO.
The inspection guy tells me "your rear view mirror is cracked, it needs to
be replaced or I can't inspect the car. OR, you can put on some door
mirrors"
I asked him, "are the mirrors on the fenders not good enough?"
him "oh, I didn't see those there..."
Mark, take along a copy of the OS&M, and show them that they were a stock
option. Then you are in the clear. I put mine at the top of the arch on the
front wheel.
