Easy!!   The humidity you are talking about is *relative* humidity!
The amount of water in the air *relative* to the temperature.  100%
relative humidity only means the temperature is the same as the
dewpoint.

Now if you had 100% *absolute* humidity.....   Glub Glub Glub....
