TDC for 1 and 4 is the same. But, because the cam turns 1/2 turn for
every crank turn, lining up the mark can give you either 4 or 1 ready
to fire. If the #1 valves aren't both closed, then you have 4 at TDC.
Turn the crank 360 and you should have 1 at TDC with both valves
closed. You can also pull the plug and wait to feel compression from
the plug hole to know when 1 is coming up on TDC.
