I have read that doctors kill more people than accidents or homicides.  I 
don't know if that is true or not, but there are probably a lot of them that 
don't need to be doctors.  I've also heard the old joke- "what do you call 
the person who graduated last in his class at medical school?  you call him 
Doctor".
