Earlier today, somebody was parting out a 73 Midget. Wouldn't that take
care of it? I hope so as I was intending on cannibalizing my not-so-great
$150 special of a 72 Midget to upgrade my Bugeye -- 1275, ribcase, front
suspension and discs, rear axles and ????

The parts for the front suspension in the Moss and VB catalogs are
generic. They will fit the Bugeye as well as the later cars. The parts
you are talking about are interchangeable between ALL Spridgets. That
said, the ones in the catalogs are the later (64+) A-Arms, etc. Early
Bugeye A-Arms without the holes for the anti sway bar mount are not
available, except used. The later ones are stronger due to
reinforcements welded in anyway. Just go with the later ones and put an
anti sway bar on that thing. Someone on the list might even have a
whole setup to sell you, or look on ebay.
