I fully understand Jay, and if the lady had just taken time to answer my
emails, I wouldn't have been upset. She could argue that she didn't have time
to answer all the emails because she was selling to so many people, but that's
why I don't sell much on ebay, I don't have time to do it properly. If you
can't do it right, don't do it.
As I am sure you find in your business, a little communication between
parties will often solve 99% of the problems.
