Hello Dick,

       did you fill the dash pots with oil? that's the most common
       solution to stutter on acceleration problems.... i'm kinda new
       to this myself so i can't suggest a second thing to try. ..

       BP5ES NGK plugs without radio BP5RES with radio is what the
       books say... others like other things. i have the RES ones in
       mine (w/o radio)..

       if you don't have a bentley manual, do yourself a BIG favor and
       get one.. they have a nice picture of EXACTLY where to put a
       screw driver on the side of the points and to twist it against
       the little notch in the dizzy to get the leverage you need. it
       is soooo much easier to pull the dizzy and set the points on
       your bench and retime the car than it is to lean over, hope NOT
       to drop screws, read the feeler gauge etc, etc... ... this
       assumes that you have moved a timing mark up to the side of the
       block, not that PITA you see from under the front valence.
