You will have to do it by hand.
See if you can find a carbide toothed hand held knife.
It looks like a single carbide saw blade tooth with a handle.
Dig it in and scrape, chip, curse, and scrape some more.
Or if you have a steady hand, a concrete cutting blade in a circular saw down
the grout lines will also work. One slip and you need a new floor too. You can
maybe make a jig to run the saw along to keep it straight.
Large piece of plywood lay it on the floor, run the saw next to it. Cut the
plywood to the next grout line and do it again.
Start in the middle, keep the plywd locked up against the wall, do both sides,
cut the wood the width of a tile and do 2 more lines.
PITA but beats the carbide toothed hand tool.
