Non LBC Tool Question

I know, I know, nothing to do with LBCs, but
if anyone would know the answer, it's you guyz.

I want to regrout the tile on our kitchen floor. Forst, I
want to remove all the old grout. AND I do not own an
air compressor. So, I wonder does anyone make
either:

A. An electric version of a pneumatic chipper (like a
     mini jackhammer, or

2. A chipper adapter to be used with an electric drill.

Eh?
