Hi Tom:  Dont remember where you live but most towns of any size have
a couple of master locksmiths who can walk out to your car with a big
ring of keys and a couple of small files, hunker down and thru trial
and error make you a key on the spot.  It is amazing to watch, and
certainly cheaper than new locks.  Suggest you call around till you
find a locksmith that can/will do this for you.  They are usually the
firms that have been in business for a loooong time, and the guy will
be old and fuzzy.
