While we are on the subject of Spridgets, I might say that I am a pretty darn 
good amateur Cajun Chef.  I can make a Chicken Etoufee that will make em line 
up for more, and my Cajun barbequed Shrimp is to die for.  But you betta love 
the hots, cause I will make ya sweat, guy!   Once met the man himself on an 
airliner:  Paul Prudhomme.
