I don't have a certificate, but I do have a 69. It has three
wipers,crossflow radiator,dynamo,side reflectors(same as 70 Midgets),
and had(key word,HAD) smog stuff. I do have plain steel wheels, with
hideous plastic wheel covers(need original caps) and no black rocker
stripe.
The car had no emblem on the hood, as far as I can tell, and only a
simple "Sprite" emblem on trunk, but does have the Healey castle in the
center of the steering wheel, but has no lettering on it. So it seems
the 69 was a hybrid of sorts.

ps, Been using "Thanx" as part of my signature for 5 years now in the
salvage industry, and if someone has a problem with it. Tough, deal with
it.
